Cosmopor®
Hartmann Cosmopor® is a range of sterile wound dressings with a wound pad. A sterile wound dressing may be selected if a wound is at risk of infection (e.g., bite wounds or household cuts) or after surgical operations.
You can choose from our selection of sterile wound dressings depending on your specific need: standard, waterproof or silicone for painless removal..

Hartmann ES-Kompressen®/Medicomp®/Sterilux® is a range of sterile gauzes suitable for the coverage of a wound. After applying the coverage, it is recommended to use a fixation product such as Peha-Haft®, Omnifix® or Omniplast®.

Hartmann Omniplast® is our universal fixation, as it is suitable for most wound dressing needs.
Hartmann Omnifix® Elastic is particularly suitable for use on moving body parts due to its flexibility.
NEW Omnifix® Silicone is suggested if you seek painless removal or have fragile skin such as children and older people.
